Food and cooking has been my passion since I was a child, inspired by my mother's fresh daily meals. Now, as a graduate of the elite cooking school in Koblenz, Germany, I'm a chef with several years of fine dining experience including head chef at Trier and sous chef at Vanilla Black, London's premier fine dining vegetarian restaurant. It was here that I found my passion for vegetarian food and creating dishes even meat eaters love.


Now being a private chef in London, it makes me happy to use my experience and passion to bring wonderful food into your home whether the occasion is a dinner party, a birthday or just a romantic meal with your loved one. As you can see in my sample dishes I draw more from vegetarian, vegan and seafood because I am constantly amazed by what you can achieve with these fantastic, diverse products.
